With the introduction of the RoHS directive which restricts the use of hazardous substances such as lead and mercury.   NordicID has taken the opportunity to update RF600 and RF650.

 

RF6x0 refers both to the older RF600 and RF650 devices.

RF6x1 refers to the newer RoHS compliant RF601 and RF651.
