Problem
Error message member not found
 
Solution
RF6x1 configurator requires PLgonf version 3.  Installation of Piccopla has changed PLgonf to version 2.   PLgonf version 34 resolves issue
 
Please install PLgonf34.ocx to c:\plgonf first.
 
Step A) run batch file Uninstal_piccopla_plgonf or B) make manual changes
  1. From Start/Run/ type regsvr32 -u "c:\program files\nordicid\PLgonf.ocx"
  2. Wait for successful uninstall message
  3. Copy PLgonf34 file to a folder on c: drive  c:\Plgonf34
  4. Wait for successful install message
  5. From Start/Run/ type regsvr32  c:\plgonf34\plgonf34.ocx
  6. Wait for registration succeded message.
  7. The window in RF6x1 configurator should display PLConf control v3.4.0.2

Problem
Unable to detect or change base station IP address configuration using RF6x1 configurator.
 
Solution
Run Digi device setup wizard to detect IP address.

Problem
RF6x1 configurator unable to reliably read device info for a RF601 base station with Ethernet connection.
 
Solution
RF601 base station must use the Nordic ID 7.5v power supply and try swapping the power supply for known working unit.
